DeAnna McDuffie is a Research Analyst in the Atlanta office of Troutman Sanders Strategies. In this capacity, she is responsible for evaluating regulations and legislation proposed by the Georgia General Assembly, the Executive Branch, and various state agencies. If it is determined that any action by the state government will negatively impact client operations, she assists all key stakeholders with the development and presentation of possible policy alternatives to the appropriate regulators.
Prior to engaging in the full-time practice of government relations, she served as a Legislative Session Assistant with Troutman Sanders Strategies. Additionally, she has worked for various political campaigns and served as a Legislative Assistant for the Georgia House Majority Caucus. DeAnna received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs.
