Troutman Sanders Strategies Expands with New Raleigh Office.

Atlanta, GA – (January 1, 2010) – Troutman Sanders Strategies (TSS) announced today the opening of a new Raleigh, North Carolina office.  The new office will be led by Principal William Scoggin, in addition to Managers Chris Hollis and Daniel Baum.

Scoggin focuses on providing key legislative and political advice, as well as advocacy for individuals, corporations and associations.  He delivers valuable business development assistance in the government and institutional sales marketplaces.  Scoggin also works with clients across the country, advising them on key political, legislative and public affairs matters.

Hollis brings years of experience focusing on governmental relations, grassroots/grasstops activities, communications and political action committees.  Baum works closely with insurance, financial and technology clients, seeking opportunities and hurdling challenges with government.
