The San Diego office was founded in 1973 as the litigation boutique of Miller, Boyko and Bell. That firm merged in 1999 with Ross, Dixon & Masback and was operated as Ross, Dixon & Bell, LLP until the merger with Troutman Sanders in January 2009. The San Diego office practice covers a broad range of legal services including complex commercial, insurance and antitrust litigation, business transactions, an established golf, resort, hotel and marinas practice, and a real estate development practice.
