Gena Boyle serves as Manager for State Government Affairs with Troutman Sanders Strategies. Gena works with clients on health care and energy and environment issues.
Gena joined Troutman Sanders after serving as a Policy Advisor for Governor Tim Kaine in the areas of Health and Human Resources, Natural Resources, and Agriculture and Forestry. Prior to that position, Gena worked on Governor Kaine’s successful gubernatorial campaign. She also previously served as a Legislative Assistant to the Troutman Sanders Government Affairs team during the 2005 General Assembly Session.
With her experience working with state government and in Virginia politics, Gena offers our clients a valuable resource in solving complex policy issues and assessing the political landscape in Virginia.
