Carter has extensive experience affecting policy in all levels of government. In her current role, Carter focuses on representing clients’ needs with issues relating to technology, telecommunication, tax policy, and residential construction.

Prior to joining the firm, Carter served as an intern for Representative Richard Royal in the Georgia House of Representatives. Assigned to the House Ways and Means Committee, Carter’s responsibilities included serving as a liaison between state officials and constituents, conducting research regarding major tax legislation, and organizing committee hearings.
